The Opportunity:
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will become well-versed in what makes a candidate a cultural add to Fisher and drive business results by attracting top-tier talent. It is your job to ensure we hire the best of the best!
The Day-to-Day:
Own the candidate experience, from their first interaction with Fisher to the offer stage
Conduct several competency based phone interviews per day and evaluate candidates for a variety of associate level openings
Act as an advocate for candidates to internal management teams
Maintain strong operations with candidate evaluation notes, various interview processes and internal Talent Acquisition processes
Collaborate with a team of recruiters to manage, prioritize and fill roles against quarterly timelines while meeting hiring goals
Find creative ways of sourcing, attracting, and/or assessing talent
Your Qualifications:
1+ year of recruiting experience within an agency or corporate setting
Experience working on a variety of positions in different departments or business units
Proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and managers
Ability to maneuver through ambiguity with flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
