Conagra Communications Summer Apprentice in Chicago, Illinois

Our apprenticeship program will introduce you to the world of consumer packaged goods with the goal of cooking up an interest in future career opportunities and allowing you to make an impact in a refuse-to-lose environment. What Can You Expect from Your Experience?
You will be immersed into Conagra Brands and our Communications Organization for 11 weeks.
As a communications apprentice at Conagra, you will support the full Communications Team including Brand Communications & Content, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications and Community Investment &Foundation. This will expose you to many aspects of communications and marketing including media relations, social media, content creation and report and collateral writing.
To enhance your overall understanding of our company, we will provide opportunities to network with peers and leaders to gain experience with the scope of career paths available at Conagra Brands.
When: May 28 – August 9, 2024
Location: Chicago, Merchandise Mart
Schedule: Individual should expect to work 40 hours/week

Do you have what it takes?
You are enrolled in a degree program with at least 1 semester remaining after the apprenticeship program concludes.
Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Media, Public Relations, Marketing or related major preferred.
Communication Skills: Prepare and present results, both written & oral, to supervisor.
You are located in the Chicagoland area and can accommodate a hybrid schedule with four days in the office each week.
