We are currently recruiting a Paralegal who will work under the supervision of a senior counsel, this position enhances attorney effectiveness by providing contract review, claims, litigation support and company secretarial support.

Role description / Qualifications

Review, draft and negotiation of commercial agreements, NDA’s, services, supply and/or purchase agreements, licensing agreements and other contracts of low to moderate complexity in support of the business.

Prepare and review documents related to general corporate and litigation.

Review documents related to company secretarial matters and provide direction.

Draft correspondence and assure communication and timely responses to and from outside attorneys, company staff, and insurance carriers.

Research and analysis of law, preparation of briefs, and assist with strategy development.
