Dell Technologies Presales Solutions Architect - Enterprise in Melbourne, Australia

What you’ll achieve

As a Presales Solutions Architect, you will provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams, helping to define the overall Dell Technologies solution for our customers using the full range of company products and services.

You will:

  • Successfully build and maintain collaborative relationships with key customer decision makers and influencers at the CxO level as well as the Dell Technologies account team, global services and partners in support of sales team objectives

  • Provide counsel across account teams in analysing customer requirements and performing advanced systems integration and providing technical expertise

  • Work with partners and strategically aligned businesses to create, maintain and regularly communicate opportunity plans for strategic pursuits. The plan includes future state architectures, tactical initiatives and milestones and business relevant technology solutions

  • Develop a deep knowledge of business procurement practices, with a thorough understanding of core financial parameters to show a favourable return on investment

  • Conduct customer needs analysis and anticipate requirements beyond existing solution’s scope

  • Prepare detailed product specifications to enable the sale of our products and solutions and deliver impact presentations at customer facilities

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous field facing presales experience managing large Enterprise Accounts

  • Excellent communication, relationship and leadership skills in the industry

  • Ability to articulate Dell Technologies solutions and present to executive leaders

  • In-depth understanding of the ANZ market, including industry technologies, products and services

  • The role will require travel within Australia to meet with customers in person
