People Leadership Responsible for ensuring superior morale and effective management of all team member programs. Assist the General Manager in the selection, mentorship, training, and performance management of on-site staff to optimize production processes. Develop and enhance team member engagement and empowerment, to foster problem-solving and accountability while supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace. Lead the safety program to ensure a Safety-First working environment and culture. Regulatory Compliance Directs the efforts to ensure best in class service delivery and efficiency in alignment with Albertsons service and compliance goals. Assist with acquisition of initial site licensing and serve as home state Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). Responsible for ongoing compliance with applicable boards for pharmacy, Federal, State and Local regulations, and ACI policies. Can understand, explain, and apply principle statutory instructions / regulations. Appropriately escalate issues relating to rules and regulations in timely and effective manner Establish and maintain comprehensive training program including mandatory company annual training, pharmacy SOPs, and any required compliance trainings.
