· Familiar with MEPF equipment’s - UPSs, Generator, Fire system, leak detection… etc

· Participate in Daily Huddle with technical team (Engineer & shift Technicians)-Shift handover and follow up.

· Ask shift techs on BMS alarms from Night shift and review & establish follow up.

· 52 weeks PPM coordination prepare Change request submission for Stake holders’ approval for the month on weekly basis.

· Getting PTW, MOS, RA for vendor activities

· Vendor management on PPM and Reactive tasks, getting timely quotations and approvals for break fix.

· Receive Purchase order from CBRE & Citi and prepare GIR for timely invoicing.

· Participate in weekly change approval meetings for the Campus Technical rooms/infrastructure PPM works.

· To always meet KPI/SLA for Planned PPM works, closing out Workorders on time

· Manage reactive workorder on day-to-day basis and close them on time within SLA.

· Incident escalation trough ServiceNow (BIR, problem management) with in 1hr

· Assist Engineer in Planning annual power down maintenance, CIP works in Campus,

· Assist to Prepare draft of new Assets and Retire old assets in REALMs.

· Assist to prepare new assets PPMs draft in accordance with Citi OMM for engineer review.

· 24/7 offsite support for Breakdown calls

· Do a periodical walk trough of campus and prepare summary findings and resolution.
