Description:

As the Nurse Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our community, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a warm and supportive environment for both residents and staff alike. With your nursing expertise and managerial finesse, you'll lead a team of dedicated caregivers to provide personalized care tailored to each resident's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Oversight: Oversee all clinical aspects of resident care, including medication management, treatment plans, and assessments.

Staff Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of caregivers, including nurses and aides, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence.

Resident Advocacy: Serve as a champion for our residents, advocating for their needs, preferences, and rights.

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to continuously improve the delivery of care and enhance resident satisfaction.

Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure holistic support for residents.

Qualifications:

  • RN Licensure: Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
