RVP II Sales (Missouri)

Location: St. Louis, MO (Relocation assistance available)

Role

  • Responsible for directing sales and retention for individual sales, small accounts, or large accounts for Missouri Commercial and HealthLink businesses.

  • Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Directs and coordinates account sales activities.

  • Provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure profitable growth.

  • Develops strategies and executes sales plans to achieve membership growth and financial goals.

  • Oversees distribution management

  • Develops sales, marketing and compensation plans.

  • Develops and motivates staff to achieve common goals.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience as well as experience in the healthcare industry; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Knowledge of the Missouri state market

  • Experience for sales totaling $1 billion or more in revenue

  • Experience leading a sales team
